Send any access request to
accessibility@louderuk.comThe site
The event is on the pebbles of Brighton beach. There are some temporary walkways, but much of the site is open beach. The toilets, welfare, medical, the wheelchair viewing platform, the VIP Lounge and the main bars are wheelchair accessible. Not every area of the site is.
The VIP Deck is reached by an internal staircase and is not wheelchair accessible.
Getting in
If you use a wheelchair or mobility scooter, or cannot walk on the pebbles, use the accessible entrance. If you do not need step-free access but cannot queue, you can use the fast-track entrance.
Both need approval from the access team in advance: accessibility@louderuk.com. Gate locations will be published closer to the event.
On-site services
- accessible toilets at the welfare centre, the VIP area, the wheelchair viewing platform and the main toilet block
- large-print menus at the bars
- lowered counters at the two main bars
- a medical and welfare centre with a safe space
- refrigerated medicine storage and wheelchair charging at the welfare centre
- an access support team on site
Assistance dogs are welcome, and you do not need to tell us in advance.
Sign language There are no British Sign Language or other sign language interpreters.
Wheelchair viewing platform
The platform is for customers who use a wheelchair or must be seated for a whole performance, because of a lifelong access or medical need. It cannot take requests for pregnancy or a temporary need, including broken limbs.
You can bring one carer or companion, and no other friends or family. Access team members and security manage the platform.
Space is limited. Apply in advance to accessibility@louderuk.com.

- your full name
